    • Observations: VIOLATION OF SECTION 4-302.14 *PRIORITY FOUNDATION* A test kit is not provided or is not accurate enough to measure the concentration of sanitizing solutions, specifically: MISSING A SANITIZER TEST KIT FOR FREE CHLORINE (IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE BLEACH.)
    • Correction: REQUIRED CORRECTION: CORRECT IMMEDIATELY. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in ppm (mg/L) of sanitizer shall be provided. PROVIDE BEFORE THE RECHECK DATE OF 8-13-19.
  • Food Temp Meas. Devices, Provided (3 point deduction). More info
    • Observations: VIOLATION OF SECTION 4-302.12 *PRIORITY FOUNDATION* Temperature measuring devices are not provided or readily accessible for checking food temperatures, specifically: MISSING A DIGITAL NEEDLE PROBE THERMOMETER FOR CHECKING THE TEMPERATURE OF FOOD.
    • Correction: REQUIRED CORRECTION: CORRECT IMMEDIATELY. Food temperature measuring devices shall be provided and readily accessible for use. At a minimum, a metal-stemmed temperature measuring device with a scale appropriate to the intended range of use shall be provided to take internal food temperatures. If thin foods such as meat patties and fish filets are cooked, a temperature measuring device that is designed to measure the temperature of thin masses shall be provided and accessible. PROVIDE BEFORE THE RECHECK DATE.

A recheck on the non- core violations will occur on or about 8- 13- 19. Before
this recheck date all non- core violations are to be fully corrected.
The restroom off of the kitchen has a separate faucet for hot and cold water.
Technically, this should have a combination faucet so you could adjust the
temperature of the water. Richard maher and i did the inspection together, and
we agreed that if it becomes a problem, then we would need to do something to
address this issue. Either a combination faucet or a mixing valve underneath
would work.

dishes in one of the two compartments of the two compartment sink, and then to
sanitize in the other compartment of the two compartment sink.
